These Terms & Conditions govern all purchases made at fawnlilybotanica.com. Please read them before completing your order. By checking the agreement box at checkout, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy, Return Policy, and Shipping Policy.
Because we are a small, independently operated business, our policies are more structured than those of large retailers. We appreciate your understanding.
1. General Agreement
By placing an order on fawnlilybotanica.com, you enter into a binding agreement with Fawn Lily Botanica regarding the purchase, delivery, and use of our products. These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through our website.
Completing a purchase constitutes your acceptance of these terms in full. If you do not agree to any portion of these Terms & Conditions, please do not place an order.
2. Products & Ingredients
All Fawn Lily Botanica products — including serums, toners, facial balms, soaps, body wash, magnesium mists, facial washes, facial scrubs, and related items — are handcrafted in small batches using natural, organic, and botanical ingredients. Our products contain no synthetic preservatives, artificial fragrances, or unnecessary chemicals. Sea sponges and bathing accessories are made from natural and sustainable materials, as noted in product descriptions
A complete ingredient list is provided on each product page and on all product labels. It is the customer's responsibility to review ingredient lists before purchasing, particularly if you have known allergies, sensitivities, or skin conditions.
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without prior notice.
3. Payment
We accept major credit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed through a secure third-party payment processor. Fawn Lily Botanica never has access to, stores, or sees your full credit card number or sensitive payment data.
By submitting your order, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total amount shown at checkout, including applicable taxes and shipping fees.
4. Order Processing & Shipping
4.1 Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 2–4 business days of being placed. Processing time is separate from and in addition to transit time.
4.2 Shipping Carriers & Transit Time
We ship via USPS, Fed-Ex, or UPS from Eugene or Springfield, Oregon. Estimated transit time after shipment is 2–8 business days depending on your location and the service selected. These are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
A tracking number will be sent to you automatically via email once your order has shipped. Please use this tracking information to monitor your delivery.
4.3 Eco-Friendly Packaging
All orders are packed using eco-friendly and sustainably sourced packaging materials whenever possible, in keeping with our commitment to the environment.
4.4 Temperature-Sensitive Products
Our products are made with natural ingredients that may be susceptible to extreme heat or cold during transit. Melting, softening, or minor graininess caused by temperature fluctuations during shipping is a natural characteristic of botanical formulations and does not affect product quality, safety, or efficacy.
Temperature-related changes in texture or appearance during shipping do not qualify for a return, refund, or replacement. If you experience this, allow the product to return to room temperature or refrigerate briefly — it will re-solidify without loss of quality.
5. Shipping Address Accuracy
You are solely responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Fawn Lily Botanica is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address:
- A 15% restocking fee will be applied to your order.
- If you would like the order re-shipped, you will be responsible for the actual re-shipping cost (if that cost exceeds $5.00).
- If you choose not to have the order re-shipped, the order will be refunded minus the restocking fee and any original shipping costs.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Undeliverable Packages
Once a shipment is in the possession of USPS, Fed-Ex, or UPS, Fawn Lily Botanica is not liable for delays, losses, theft, or damage that occur during transit.
6.1 Carrier Confirms Delivery
If your tracking information shows that your package has been marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, Fawn Lily Botanica will NOT issue a refund or a replacement. We fulfill our obligation when the order is handed to the shipping carrier and the carrier confirms delivery.
It is your responsibility to ensure a safe and accessible delivery location. If you are concerned about package theft, we recommend requiring a signature, using a PO Box, or shipping to an alternate secure address.
If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you cannot locate your package, please take these steps:
- Check all possible delivery locations (front door, back porch, side entrance, mailbox, hidden spots).
- Check with neighbors or building management to see if the package was accepted on your behalf.
- Wait 24 hours — carriers occasionally mark packages as delivered slightly before physical delivery.
- Contact USPS (1-800-275-8777) or UPS (1-800-742-5877) or Fed-Ex (1-800-463-3339) directly and file a missing package report.
- File a claim with the carrier. Note: USPS, Fed-Ex, and UPS do not issue refunds on packages shown as delivered, even if insured.
- File a report with your local police department if you believe the package was stolen.
We understand this can be frustrating, and we are sorry if this happens to you. As a small business, we are unfortunately unable to absorb the cost of packages that carriers confirm as delivered.
6.2 Package Appears Lost in Transit
If tracking has not been updated for an extended period and does not show delivery, please contact us at info@fawnlilybotanica.com. We will work with you and the carrier to investigate. Investigations usually take several weeks, sometimes more than a month. Lost package claims must be filed within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
7. Returns & Refunds
7.1 Eligible Returns
We accept returns on new, unused, and unopened products in their original packaging within 30 days of the delivery date. All eligible returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not refunded.
To initiate a return, contact us at info@fawnlilybotanica.com before sending anything back. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.
7.2 Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:
- Products that have been opened, used, or are no longer in their original packaging.
- Products that do not work for your individual skin type, skin tone, or skin condition.
- Products you dislike due to personal scent preference, texture, color, or appearance.
- Custom or specially formulated products (no exceptions).
- Products affected by temperature changes during shipping (melting, graining, or softening).
- Products that have been used and caused a personal reaction (see Section 8).
- Gift cards or subscription products (see Section 10).
7.3 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order carefully upon receipt. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must contact us at info@fawnlilybotanica.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item(s) and packaging. We will work with you to make it right.
Fawn Lily Botanica is not liable for damage that occurs during transit. Claims for transit damage may be filed with the shipping carrier directly. Failure to report an issue within 7 days of delivery may result in the claim being ineligible.
8. Reactions & Skin Compatibility
We use clean, natural, and botanical ingredients and take great care in formulating our products. However, individual skin types, sensitivities, and allergies vary widely. What works well for one person may not be suitable for another.
All ingredients are clearly listed on our product pages and on every product label. We strongly encourage you to review ingredient lists in full before purchasing, especially if you have known allergies, sensitivities to botanical ingredients (such as essential oils, plant extracts, or tree nuts), or skin conditions that may be affected by new topical products.
Fawn Lily Botanica does not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for:
- Products that do not deliver expected results for your specific skin type or concern.
- Personal reactions, including mild redness, tingling, or irritation.
- Products that are incompatible with your skin or personal sensitivities.
If you experience any reaction to a product:
- Discontinue use immediately.
- Rinse the affected area thoroughly with cool water.
- If irritation persists or the reaction is severe, consult a licensed healthcare professional or dermatologist.
Fawn Lily Botanica products are cosmetic/topical products only. We make no medical claims, and our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any skin condition or disease.
9. Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at info@fawnlilybotanica.com. We begin preparing orders quickly and cannot guarantee cancellation once an order is placed.
- If your order has already been pulled, packed, or prepared for shipment at the time of your cancellation request, a 15% restocking fee will apply.
- Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You must wait for the package to arrive and initiate a return per Section 7.
- Once a returned order is received back at our studio, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted and original shipping costs will not be refunded.
10. Custom & Subscription Orders
10.1 Custom Products
Products that are custom-made, specially formulated, or personalized are final sale. No returns, exchanges, or refunds are accepted for custom orders under any circumstances.
10.2 Subscription Orders
Subscription orders renew automatically according to your selected frequency. You may cancel, pause, or skip a subscription at any time by logging into your account on fawnlilybotanica.com or by emailing info@fawnlilybotanica.com before your next scheduled billing date.
Cancellations requested after a subscription order has already processed for a given cycle cannot be refunded for that cycle. Please manage your subscription in advance of your renewal date.
10.3 Gift Subscriptions
Gift subscriptions are prepaid and non-refundable. It is the purchaser's responsibility to provide the correct and complete shipping address for the recipient.
11. Chargeback & Dispute Policy
If you have any concern about your order — a missing item, a product quality issue, or any other problem — please contact us directly at info@fawnlilybotanica.com before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer.
By completing a purchase on fawnlilybotanica.com, you agree to contact Fawn Lily Botanica first and allow us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue before disputing the charge with your financial institution.
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may be considered fraudulent if the product was delivered as described and these Terms & Conditions were agreed to at checkout. In such cases:
- Fawn Lily Botanica reserves the right to dispute the chargeback and submit full order documentation, tracking records, and these agreed-upon Terms & Conditions to the card issuer.
- Customers who initiate fraudulent chargebacks may be permanently banned from placing future orders.
- Fraudulent chargebacks may be referred to a collections agency or legal counsel in cases of material financial harm.
12. Privacy & Data Security
We collect only the information necessary to process and fulfill your order. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
All payment information is handled through a secure, PCI-compliant third-party payment processor. Fawn Lily Botanica does not store or have access to your credit card or banking details.

14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Fawn Lily Botanica's total liability for any claim arising from the purchase or use of our products is limited to the purchase price paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
Fawn Lily Botanica is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, personal injury, or property damage arising from the use or inability to use our products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
15. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Lane County, Oregon.
16. Changes to These Terms
Fawn Lily Botanica reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our website and placement of orders after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
