Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Returns
Returns are available for new, unused products. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on used or opened products.
Since we all have unique skin types and needs, not all products will be the best fit for everyone. Please keep this in mind as sometimes it takes some trial and error to find the very best skincare routine for your unique skin. As a result, we don't accept returns if a product doesn't work as expected for your skin type, or if you don't like the scent or appearance of a product, etc.
Skin Reactions & Compatibility. Because all skin types are unique, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for products that do not work as expected for your individual skin type, or for personal reactions including redness, tingling, or irritation. We strongly recommend reviewing the full ingredient list before purchasing and performing a patch test before full use. If you experience a reaction, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional if needed.
Returns are never accepted for custom products.

Please contact us in advance if you'd like to return an item. If a return is approved, please note that a 15% restocking fee will be applied. Returns must be submitted within 30 days. Return shipping costs are not refunded. Refunds are issued once the item(s) has been received and processed at our warehouse.
We apologize for having a strict return policy, but as a small business trying to keep pricing reasonable for everyone, we cannot have a broad and generous policy like large retailers. Thank you for understanding.
Incorrect address
We are not responsible if a package does not arrive due to an incorrect address being entered when the order was placed online. Please ensure that your address is correct when you place your order. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address being entered by the buyer, then the buyer will have the option to have the package restocked for a 15% restocking fee or re-shipped at the buyers expense. If the actual shipping cost is greater than $5, then the buyer will be charged for the full and actual shipping cost when the item is re-shipped.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us soon after the order is placed by email info@fawnlilybotanica.com or chat message. Once the order has been pulled and prepared for shipping, a 15% restocking fee may be applied and deducted from the refund. Once an order is shipped, the order cannot be cancelled, but it can be returned. Once we receive the order back from the shipping carrier, the return will be subject to a 15% restocking fee + applicable return shipping costs.
Refunds and Store Credits
Refunds can be credited to your customer account or refunded back on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes. If you have any concern about your order — a missing item, a product quality issue, or any other problem — please contact us at info@fawnlilybotanica.com before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly, and we ask that you give us the opportunity to make it right first.
By completing a purchase on fawnlilybotanica.com, you agree to contact us directly before disputing any charge. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us will be disputed, and Fawn Lily Botanica reserves the right to submit full order documentation, tracking records, and these agreed-upon policies to the card issuer. Customers who initiate fraudulent chargebacks may be permanently banned from placing future orders and may be referred to a collections agency in cases of material financial harm.
