Natural Soaps are Better... Here's Why:

If you've been using commercial cleansing products and have never tried a natural bar of soap or body wash, then you're in for a treat! Handcrafted soaps are much more moisturizing and gentle on the skin. This is because they contain glycerin, a humectant which helps draw moisture to the skin, making it feel conditioned and nourished. Glycerin naturally occurs during the soap making process, but large industrial soap companies remove glycerin from their soap in order to make a harder and longer-lasting bar. This also makes their soap more drying and harsh on skin. Since handcrafted soap bars contain glycerin, they should be allowed to dry between uses and not be left in standing water ~ otherwise, the bars will naturally soften and melt. Plus, all of our soaps have moisturizing plant-based oils, butters, and they don't contain any synthetic fragrances, colors, sudsing agents, mineral oils, sodium lauryl sulfate, or other artificial ingredients that can irritate and dry out the skin.

All of the soaps and body washes that we offer are:

  • Scented with pure essential oils distilled from botanicals - never synthetic fragrance oils.
  • Made with luxurious, organic, and sustainable plant-based ingredients.

  • When palm oils are included, they are sustainably and ethically harvested from South America (Orangutan safe).
