December's beautiful blend features the elusive, rare, and exquisite essential oils of Frankincense, Sandalwood, Bulgarian Rose, Cedarwood, Lavender, Myrrh, Rose Geranium, and Helichrysum nestled into Plum, Jojoba, Olive fruit, Wild Flax, Marula, and Oat oils. A medley that will delight the senses and your skin.

This combination of essential oils has a soft, delicate, woodsy, and resinous aroma, with lightly floral undertones (Frankincense and Sandalwood are the main aroma notes). They contain properties known to assist with mature skin, balance and calm the skin, signs of aging, and bring a fresh, radiant, and youthful glow.

The base blend of regenerative and restorative oils are known to moisturize, smooth, balance, protect, soften, nourish, calm, assist with mature skin, fine lines and wrinkles, and with various skin conditions and irritations.

Skin feels silky-smooth, soft, dewy, and fresh after applying this serum, while the delicate aroma grounds and relaxes.

Plum Kernel Oil (certified organic): An excellent oil naturally high in vitamins E, C, and A, and containing very-long-chain fatty acids, antioxidants, and anti-inflammatory properties. Known to hydrate, brighten, repair, and plump skin while reducing the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, and assisting with various skin irritations and conditions. A lightweight, noncomedogenic oil safe for all skin types including oily and acne-prone skin.

Jojoba Oil (certified organic): This liquid plant wax is similar to the sebum that our own skin produces, making it balancing and beneficial for all skin types. Regenerative, moisturizing, balancing, and forms a light protective barrier over skin which allows skin to breath while sealing in moisture. Contains vitamins A, E, D, antioxidants, and fatty acids.

Extra Virgin Olive Fruit Oil (certified organic): Amazing for the skin, this oil is very high in oleic fatty acid, supports natural sebum production, attracts moisture to the skin, helps repair and heal damaged tissues, is moisturizing, soothing, protective, emollient, naturally contains plant-based squalene which supports the delivery of oxygen to skin cells, prevents evaporation of moisture, and helps prevent dry skin and premature aging.

Wild Flax Seed (Camelina) Oil (certified organic): Pressed from wild flax seeds, this nutritious oil contains high amounts of omega-3 and 6 fatty acids, vitamin E, antioxidants, and absorbs quickly and easily into the skin. May be used by all skin types including dry, sensitive, oily, and has been used to treat various skin conditions.

Marula Oil: Called "miracle oil", marula oil has an extensive history of use in Africa, but is now very popular elsewhere due to its incredible benefits for the skin. Marula oil has a silky feel when applied and absorbs quickly and deeply into the skin. It softens, smooths, helps improve the complexion, protects and nourishes skin cells, and is rich in antioxidants, vitamins C and E, and oleic acid.

Oat Seed Oil: Such a luxurious and rare oil! This oil truly soothes the skin, is rich and highly emollient, conditions, calms, repairs, and assists with various skin conditions and irritations. Rich in vitamin E, antioxidants, carotenoids, polyphenols, oleic and linoleic acids, and phospholipids to deeply nourish and repair skin. Very beneficial for calming damaged, itchy, sensitive, and dry skin.

Frankincense Resin Essential Oil (boswellia carterri). Cherished for centuries by cultures around the globe for its medicinal, spiritual, and cosmetic uses. Frankincense is truly amazing for the skin and can be used for a variety of skin conditions. The scent is earthy, resinous, woodsy, balsamic, warm, uplifting, calming, relaxing, and soothing. Cosmetically, frankincense is known to repair, rejuvenate, tone, assist with fine lines and wrinkles, acne, sun damage, and is extremely beneficial for all skin types, especially mature and damaged skin.

Sandalwood Essential Oil (Santalum paniculatum): This is a Hawaiian Sandalwood, grown on Hawaii's Big Island. It is a luxurious oil with a beautiful, rich, grounding aroma with notes of wood, earth, and leather. For skincare, sandalwood is especially beneficial for mature, aging, and dry skin. Cosmetically, sandalwood is utilized to improve the texture of skin, bring a healthy, youthful, and radiant glow, and assist with skin imperfections. The aroma of sandalwood is known to calm, inspire peace, center, ground, and assist in meditation.

Bulgarian Rose Absolute and Essential Oil (Rosa damascena): Rose oil helps rejuvenate cells, soothes, and assists with a variety of skin conditions. The scent "opens" the heart, helps remove conflict, heartache, sadness, anger, depression, fear, envy, and lack of confidence.Side note: did you know that it takes 60 roses (5 dozen roses!) to make a single drop of rose essential oil? That's why it's so costly to purchase true rose oil, and why most rose-scented products contain synthetic fragrances.

Lavender Essential Oil (Lavendula angustofolia): This beloved oil encourages skin cell repair and assists with damaged skin and various skin conditions. The scent calms, uplifts, balances emotions, and helps alleviate feelings of anxiety and anger.

Myrrh Resin Essential Oil: Myrrh resin is one of the oldest medicinals with historical use going back 5,000 years! Native to Egypt (and used by ancient pharaohs), it was traded along ancient spice routes where it was worth as much as gold. Known as the "preserver of youth", it is wonderful for mature, environmentally damaged, dry, irritated, and inflamed skin. With a warm and earthy aroma, myrrh's scent uplifts emotions, is restorative, meditative, relaxing, and grounding.

Helichrysum Essential Oil: Also known as immortelle, this incredible oil stimulates the production of new skin cells, assists with a variety of skin conditions, balances and repairs all skin types, helps repair sun damage and sometimes used in natural sunscreens to further protect skin from UV damage. The scent is uplifting, and reduces stress and exhaustion.

Atlas Cedarwood Essential Oil (certified organic): Soothes skin, balances oil production, while the aroma relaxes, soothes tension and stress, and calms the mind.

Rose Geranium Essential Oil (certified organic): Balances all skin types, helps repair skin and skin conditions, and used to delay wrinkles. The scent relieves anxiety and stress.
