Handcrafted in micro batches, our extremely rich, lush, and deeply nourishing facial balm contains the most incredible array of restorative botanical ingredients sourced from around the globe. This is a concentrated and powerful blend, specially formulated to deeply moisturize, repair, restore, regenerate, protect, and nourish for beautiful and radiant skin.
The luxurious blend of essential oils in this formula has an intoxicating scent - earthy and resinous with a touch of sweetness, and each oil was intentionally and thoughtfully chosen because of it's skin-loving benefits and ability to nourish, restore, and balance the skin.
There is no water or any fillers in this balm, making it a very concentrated and effective moisturizing product. Only a tiny amount is needed per application, and it soaks in effortlessly, leaving skin feeling protected, nourished, and silky-smooth.
This product is made from natural, organic ingredients derived from plants. Never any chemicals, additives, artificial fragrances, colorants, preservatives, or other synthetic ingredients - only pure elements from nature.
Suitable for all skin types, but especially beneficial for normal, dry, sensitive, and mature skin types. May be used as a nighttime balm, layered over facial oil/serum for extra protection and nourishment, or utilized as needed to repair, moisturize, and protect the skin.
Here is a little more information about the amazing ingredients in this facial balm:
Sunflower Oil: Naturally rich in vitamin E, antioxidants, and moisturizes skin with a light texture similar to our skin's own sebum. Soaks into skin easily, and beneficial for all skin types.
Beeswax: Beeswax forms a protective layer on the skin plus it is a humectant (it attracts moisture), which means that this ingredient can protect skin, lock in moisture, and keep skin hydrated. It also contains antibacterial, antiseptic, and antifungal properties, making it beneficial for a variety of skin conditions. Especially beneficial for dry, sensitive, mature, and damaged skin.
Coconut Oil: This oil helps soften, moisturize, smooth, and protect the skin. This emollient ingredient helps protect the skin and seals in moisture, keeping skin hydrated. Naturally contains antibacterial and exfoliant properties, and helps reduce and smooth the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.
Cocoa Butter: Made from the fats of chocolate beans and fruits, cocoa butter is a delicious ingredient with emollient and antioxidant properties which protects the skin, helps seal in hydration, and prevents moisture loss. Assists with dry, sensitive, and mature skin and benefits a variety of skin conditions.
Macadamia Nut Oil: Such a luscious ingredient! Macadamia nut oil is utilized to hydrate, nourish, soften, reduce the appearance of wrinkles, and retain skin suppleness. It contains high concentrations of essential fatty acids, antioxidants, vitamins, and squalene which regenerates skin cells and protects the skin. Due to the range of fatty acids, macadamia oil supports cellular membranes, helps retain moisture, and regenerates skin layers. Especially beneficial for dry and mature skin types.
Jojoba Oil: This liquid plant wax is similar to the sebum that our own skin produces, making it balancing and beneficial for all skin types. Regenerative, moisturizing, balancing, and forms a light protective barrier over skin which allows skin to breathe while sealing in moisture. Contains vitamins A, E, D, antioxidants, and fatty acids.
Argan Oil: Referred to as "liquid gold", this is one of the very best ingredients to use in skin care! This remarkable oil protects, nourishes, hydrates, moisturizes, boosts skin elasticity, and revitalizes skin. It naturally high in vitamin E, squalene, carotenes, antioxidants, and essential fatty acids. Considered an anti-aging ingredient which helps protect the skin from damage.
Rosehip Seed Oil: One of the very best ingredients for skin care! Well known and loved as a regenerative and nourishing oil which promotes collagen formation, skin cell regeneration, improves skin elasticity, and contains vitamins A, C, and E. Studies have shown great success treating wrinkles, scars, dark spots, UV damage, and difficult skin conditions with this oil.
Meadowfoam Seed Oil: Pressed from native wildflowers in the northwestern United States, this oil is exceptionally high in vitamin E oil and fatty acids, is protective, rejuvenating, soothing, naturally contains sun protective properties, reduces the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, helps seal in moisture and delivers nutrients deep into the skin.
Tamanu Oil: Referred to as "green gold", this is a very rich and thick therapeutic oil with protective, smoothing, and moisturizing qualities. It absorbs deeply into all three layers of the skin where it regenerates skin cells and repairs. Often used to assist with various skin conditions, and very beneficial for dry, mature and aging skin.
Atlas Cedarwood Essential Oil: Soothes skin, balances oil production, while the aroma relaxes, soothes tension and stress, and calms the mind.
Fennel Seed Essential Oil: Used for centuries in anti-wrinkle preparations, encourages cell repair and refines all skin types.
Turmeric Essential Oil: Anti-inflammatory, clarifies, calms, strengthens, and promotes skin elasticity. The earthy scent uplifts, energizes, and comforts.
Ylang Ylang Essential Oil: Balances oil production, soothes, the aroma is relaxing, uplifting, reduces stress and anxiety.
Frankincense Essential Oil: Anti-inflammatory, soothes, remedies skin conditions, scent reduces anxiety and stress.
Vetiver Essential Oil: Used to treat a variety of skin conditions including dry skin, the scent is uplifting, comforting, and relaxing.
Palmarosa Essential Oil: Helps regenerate skin cells and balances oil production. May be used for all skin types and complexions, and especially beneficial for acne. The scent reduces stress, nervous exhaustion, and balances emotions.

Ingredients: organic and non-GMO Sunflower oil, pure beeswax from U.S. honeybees, organic, fair trade and non-GMO unrefined Coconut oil, organic, fair trade, and non-GMO Cocoa butter, organic unrefined Macadamia nut oil, organic Jojoba oil, organic unrefined virgin Argan oil, organic Rosehip seed oil, Meadowfoam oil, organic unrefined Tamanu oil, Vitamin E Oil (from non-GMO sources), organic Rosemary antioxidant, and pure essential oils of: Turmeric root, organic Atlas Cedarwood, organic Palmarosa, wild harvested Frankincense resin, organic Vetiver roots, organic Fennel seeds, and organic Ylang Ylang flowers.
Sizes: 1/2 oz (0.5oz) or 1oz glass jar packaged in a kraft paper box.
This is a very concentrated balm, only 1/4-1/2 pea-sized amount is needed per application.
Only dip dry, clean fingertips into jar. Introducing moisture or bacteria will ruin the product.
To extend the shelf life, store in a dry, cool, and dark area. Direct light and heat will reduce the effectiveness and shelf life of the product.
Note: Some of the oils and butters used in this product are very rich in fatty acids, and will naturally solidify in cold conditions. This is perfectly normal for these oils, and will not impact their quality or usage.

A little bit goes a long way.
Great balm to layer over serum and seal it all that moisturizing goodness . Makes my skin feel great. I have dry, non acne prone, non sensitive skin. ONLY NEGATIVE - need bigger sizes as the suggested amount doesn't quite cover my needs. So, would suggest larger reasonably priced sizes. The functionality, however, is wonderful.
I have only had the product for a week but am loving how it makes my face feel and I feel like I can see a difference in my skin already. Smoother and moisturizes very nicely without leaving a greasy feeling. Will be purchasing again and sharing the product information with friends and family.
This little jar goes a long way and gives your skin a silky smooth feel, I love applying it at night over the facial serum
This is so soothing on wind dried skin. It has been very beneficial during these extreme frigid periods when my skin has needed a little extra care. Layered over the Bakuchiol serum and I’m set.
I only give 3 stars because the small quantity and prescribed amount for use is not practical for dry mature skin. A pea size won't begin to cover my entire face even sparingly so it can become expensive to use long term. Otherwise, the product itself is great. I love the scent and how it feels on my face. I'm just not sure I'll be able to stick with it
long enough to see real results.
The balm is light and does the job without being heavy or sticky. It’s perfect over moisturizer.
I have bought this product several times and love it, the smell the texture, all of it the results of softness. I also love the serum products of Fawn Lilly. I started using serum after a free sample from one of the major makeup companies. When I went to buy it, it was $180 an ounce. Ouch. So I found Fawn Lilly's products. AMAZING and organic and so affordable. To be honest, I would pay much more for these amazing products ;)
This is an excellent product, especially if your skin needs a little boost. It seals moisture in without feeling heavy or looking shiny—and the scent is lovely. I use it layered over serum. I think many people would use it at night, but in the winter I often use it in the daytime too. And as always, top quality ingredients.
This facial balm adds an extra layer of moisturizing to my face. I use it in the morning and the evening along with the facial serum.

I really like this product. I use it at night. I like the way it smells and feels on my skin. At 75 years old, my skin is more dry than it used to be and this product has definitely helped. I use the facial oil in the daytime and believe it or not, I also use it on my scalp. It seems to help my hair too.

Amazing, amazing product! Just three applications and such a difference. I mainly use at night. One morning I applied a small amount. I’ve never had so many compliments on my complexion. My skin feels/looks soo much younger and there’s a plump- ness to it that wasn’t there before. Irene, thank you for these beautiful natural creations of yours. I can tell they come from the heart. As always, I’m in love with your skincare products but this one takes the cake.

The skin on my face is so soft after using this product. The scent is strong & earthy which took a little getting used to, but with just a thin layer it absorbs in quickly. I was starting to have some dry patches around my mouth, possibly caused by hormone changes. I was a bit concerned about putting something that sounds a bit heavy but Irene personally recommended it and I trusted her. The texture is wonderful and it does not feel heavy at all, and I libe in a high humidity temperature city.

I've been using Irene's products for approximately a decade. Her products are as close to holistic and wholesome nature as one can get. The gentle, botanical scents of each one I've used, are absolutely perfect ! The products themselves work spectacularly. I received multiple products in my order yesterday. They were carefully packaged and each is imbued with high vibrations. Last evening, I used this balm, as well as the nourishing eye elixir, and I felt cradled, nearly gently intoxicated, by botanical fae. The vibrations from Irene are extremely high and this is reflected in her products, beyond their intended use's efficacy. These even had an additional effect, that I did not awake once during the night, which is a miracle for me ! From my perspective, this confirms the aforementioned. When I awoke this morning, incredibly, I look years younger, after just one use ! I highly recommend Irene (she is a love) and Fawn Lily Botanica products. As I said it's a very nice balm and I love using it on my face and hands or any small dry spots but the smell really needs some work..I started using when Mountain Rose herbs stopped making their Rose face cream some time ago.
If u don't mind the smell this balm will get the job done yay!..but really I'm going to use this while I look for something that can do the job but also smell good and not make me smell like dirt or moldy compost >_

In formulating this product, my primary focus was on creating a very concentrated, nourishing, moisturizing, protective, smoothing, and rejuvenating product. The ingredients were chosen for their beneficial properties and not necessarily for their scents. In all honesty, it's really easy to make a product that simply smells good, but that's not the intention behind my product line. I originally created Fawn Lily Botanica because I saw a need for true botanical-based skin care products, based upon the healing tenets of herbalism. So, I've merged herbalism with skincare to create unique and balancing formulations, utilizing botanicals for their powerful properties instead of for marketing or merely for their scents.
I love the aroma of this balm (as do so many others, I can barely keep this product in stock!) ~ it's earthy, resinous, and floral, scented with pure essential oils of turmeric, cedarwood, benzoin (which has a balsam, vanilla-like scent), palmarosa, frankincense resin, vetiver roots, fennel, and ylang ylang flowers. Plus, it contains raw oils and butters which give it a natural nutty aroma and pure high quality beeswax which smells like honey. And, again, I chose all of these ingredients because they are so beneficial for the skin.
I'm so sorry to hear that you don't enjoy the scent of this facial balm, but I hope that this helps explain the intention behind this product's formula and I hope that it helps explain the philosophy behind my entire product line.

In this day and age of mass produced, oft mislabeled "natural" skin care products, Irene and Fawn Lily Botanica are true gems. Her products are pure bliss. Another favorite product. I use a tiny bit of this around my eyes and it is both soothing and restoring. Plus it smells absolutely divine.
